Heartsaver CPR AED and First Aid

Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED is geared towards anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for their job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements or anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting. Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a course completion card, valid for two years. Please contact your employer to ensure that you are selecting the correct course.

Basic Life Support (BLS)

The AHA’s BLS Course is designed for healthcare professionals and other personnel who need to know how to perform CPR and other basic cardiovascular life support skills in a wide variety of in-facility and prehospital settings. The AHA’s BLS course trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations, and provide early use of an AED. Reflects science and education from the American Heart Association Guidelines Update for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC).

Babysitting

This course is designed to certify individuals who are looking to or already babysit. The minimum age requirement for this course is 11 years old.  Upon completion of this class, individuals will receive a CPR and First Aid certification.
Topics covered include Safety, How to handle emergencies, Care and feeding of infants and children, CPR and First Aid training, and Business aspects of being a babysitter.
